Sam made extensive repairs to my roof including replacing lead work and roof tiles,and fitting in a new velux skylight. Sam recommended a solar powered velux window and the skylight has been the best investment I have made to the maisonette. It allows more light into the hallway, did not require power to be installed in the loft, and it closes as soon as it starts to rain so I can leave the window open without worrying about the weather changing while I am out or asleep.

We have recently had our roof replaced by SCJ Roofing, Sam and his gang were really good. They came when expected and let us know if there was to be a delay (only down to the horrendous rain we had). All their work has been completed within the originally expected timescale to a very high standard.
While the roof was being replaced we also had some roof windows and insulation installed. All flat roofs of our extension have been replaced to the latest regulations which Sam told us about. He organised all trades needed including building control. Thoroughly recommend Sam for any roof work.

I have used SCJ Roofing Solutions twice now. Once for some vertical tiling and another for a flat roof repair. Both times that I have used them, they have arrived on time and have always been extremely courteous.
Each member of the team was professional and explained what they were doing at each step.
